At YARA, we’re dedicated to delivering your order quickly, safely, and responsibly.
Below you’ll find our updated domestic and international shipping policy.
Domestic Deliveries (Israel)
All domestic shipments are handled by Cheetah Delivery Ltd. under their official terms and conditions. By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms having read and agreed to both YARA’s and Cheetah’s delivery policies, available at chitadelivery.co.il.

- Delivery times are counted from the order processing date (excluding the order date).
- Orders received after Thursday 1:00 PM are processed on Sunday.
- Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and holiday eves are not considered business days.
- Cheetah commits to a reasonable commercial effort to deliver within 3 business days in standard areas and within 5 business days in remote areas.
- Deliveries to Eilat, the Arava, Dead Sea, Golan Heights, Judea & Samaria, and Gaza border regions may take longer and include a 50% surcharge.
- Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal will be charged as a completed delivery.
All domestic shipments are subject to the official service agreement between YARA and Cheetah Delivery.
Cheetah’s terms apply to every domestic delivery, including liability limits, timelines, and claim procedures.
International Deliveries
International shipments are handled by FedEx, DHL, or Israel Post, depending on the destination and service availability. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by country and courier.
- Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our control.
- Packages are insured up to the total order value unless additional insurance is purchased.
- YARA’s international shipping policy will be updated in accordance with the active courier’s terms.
Responsibility, Delays & Support
- Claims for delays, damages, or lost packages must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or within 5 days of shipment.
- YARA’s support team is available to assist with tracking updates and delivery inquiries.
