Exchanges

• The first exchange on any order is free of charge with home courier service, within 30 days from the order date.
• Exchanges are available for size or color of the same style only.
• Any additional exchange for the same order incurs a ₪15 fee.
• Any required payment top-up must be completed within 60 minutes of submitting the exchange request.
• Coupons used at checkout do not apply during exchanges/returns.
• If there is a price difference in your favor, a gift card (store credit) for the difference will be issued automatically upon approval.
• Exchanges require uploading photos of the items with the original hang tag attached.

Returns

• The first return for store credit (gift card) is free of charge.
• Under Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel the purchase within 14 days from receiving the product (or from receiving the transaction details—whichever is later).
• Returns for a monetary refund are accepted within 14 business days—a ₪15 processing fee applies.
• Returns received after 14 business days and up to 30 days from the order date will be credited as a gift card (store credit) sent to the order email.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

If multiple payment methods were used (gift card/store credit + credit card), the refund is applied first to the store credit, then to the credit card used at purchase.

• Any additional action on the same order (return/exchange/re-credit) costs ₪15 per action.
• Packages may take up to 15 business days to reach us. Credit/refund is processed on the day the package arrives at our warehouse; an email notification will be sent.
• The refund may appear on your payment method within approximately 14 business days, subject to the card issuer.

Promotions & Coupons

• Coupons used during the original purchase are not valid for exchanges or returns.
• For promotions that include a free gift/accessory: in case of a partial return with a monetary refund request, the promotion will be canceled and the refund adjusted accordingly.
• Refunds related to such promotions are subject to a 5% or ₪100 fee (the lower of the two), as required by law.
• Returns require uploading photos of the items with the original hang tag attached.

Product Condition Standards

• Items must include the original hang tag.
• Items must be unwashed and not tumble-dried.
• Items with hair, strong odors, stains, or deodorant marks will not be accepted.
