This Privacy Policy explains how YARA (“YARA,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal data when you use our websites, social media, contact support, join YARA Club, or shop with us (the “Services”). 01. Collection of Personal Data

- Profile & account: name, email, phone, password, addresses, preferred language, date of birth (optional), sizes, social handles.
- Orders & returns: products purchased, order details, billing/shipping data, payment method (processed by payment partners), returns/exchanges, measurements for fit. Government ID only if required by law to verify a right (e.g., certain returns).
- Communications & UGC: messages to support/WhatsApp, reviews, photos/videos, feedback, goals and preferences you submit.

- Device/usage: IP address, browser/device type, OS, pages viewed, time on page, clicks, crash logs, referrers, cookie IDs and advertising identifiers.
- Approximate location from IP; precise location only if you enable it (e.g., store-locator).

We use global providers (e.g., Shopify, payment/ads partners). Where required, we implement safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal retention (e.g., tax and consumer law). When no longer required, we delete or de-identify data.
09. Loyalty Programs & Financial Incentives (YARA Club)
When you join YARA Club or promotions offering perks/discounts in exchange for data, we process your data primarily to provide those benefits (points, early access, rewards). You may opt out at any time via account settings, email/SMS links, or by contacting us. If you request deletion of essential data (e.g., your email), some benefits may no longer be available. The value of your data is reasonably related to the value of benefits provided.
10. Security, Israel-Specific, Contact Us
Security. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data. No system is 100% secure—use a strong unique password and notify us of suspected unauthorized activity.
Israel-specific & disputes. We process data in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (and GDPR/other laws where applicable). Governing law and exclusive jurisdiction: the courts of Tel-Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
